HOW DO I BOOK A TRIP WITH TRUE PERU?
If you've seen a trip you'd like to book, just message us with the tour name, the date you would like to go, and the number of travellers in your party. We'll then request a photo of your passport and send you a secure payment link to complete your booking. Payments can be made with credit/debit card, bank transfer, or via PayPal or Western Union. You'll pay a deposit of 60% and the remainder will be payable on your arrival in Cusco.
WHY CAN'T I COMPLETE MY BOOKING VIA YOUR WEBSITE?
Each trip we organise consists of various components, such as transport, guides, catering, and accommodation. In order to fully ensure that we're able to deliver the trip for the dates and numbers you desire, we need to make a few calls to check availability for these things. This only takes a few moments and it's very unlikely there will be any issues, we're normally able to send you a link to complete your booking within a few minutes of your enquiry.
HOW FLEXIBLE ARE YOUR TRIPS?
If you've seen a trip that you like but the itinerary doesn't quite fit with your plans, be it that you're tight for time or would like extra free days to rest along the way, just let us know. We can generally tailor itineraries to your needs and we'll do whatever we can to help you. We may also be able to upgrade accommodation if you'd like to travel in extra comfort.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
Unless otherwise stated, we display all prices in US dollars, this is the easiest currency to convert to for an international customer base.
